Refund Policy

Cancellation (of whole booking)

Cancellations must be made within 14 days of your original booking to receive a refund. After 14 days you lose the right to cancel your whole booking. If you would like to cancel your booking contact us.

Absence

We will not offer a refund if a player is absent due to non-availability, illness or injury (as the event will still continue to run for the remaining players). If you are unable to attend the event, please let us know in advance.

Weather

We will only postpone an event due to extreme weather that puts the safety of the players and coaches at risk e.g. thunder, lightning, snow or frozen ground. In this instance the event will be postponed and rearranged on an alternative date. In the event of a postponed event due to extreme weather, we aim to contact you with at least 24 hours notice (although sometimes this may not be possible if the weather significantly changes on the day). We will not offer a refund for postponed events due to extreme weather. However your original booking will be used as credit towards the new alternative date.

COVID-19 (updated 01/02/22)

​If an event is postponed due to COVID-19, then the event will be rearranged on an alternative date. Reasons for a postponed event may include players or coaches self-isolating, government lockdown and/or England Rugby changing their Return to Rugby Roadmap. We aim to contact you with at least 24 hours notice before a postponed event. We will not offer a refund for postponed events due to COVID-19. However your original booking will be used as credit towards the new alternative date.  

 

Positive test result of a player

If a player tests positive for COVID-19 then we ask that you contact us immediately to alert the relevant people who may have been in contact with the player. The player must not attend our event until they have completed the recommended self-isolation period and/or had 2 negative lateral flow tests.
