Important information

  • Our training sessions run for 1 hour. Please be on time to avoid missing valuable coaching time.

  • Supervision of children under 11 is compulsory for safeguarding purposes. Please ensure that you are present to supervise the whole duration of the session. Older players may be allowed to train more independently, if their parent/guardian has given consent in the original booking.

  • Consent must be provided in the original booking by the parent/guardian for players to travel home independently after the session.

  • We recommend that you eat sufficient food 2+ hours before your training to ensure that you have enough energy to perform (ideally complex carbohydrates). We advise not to eat snacks during the session as this may make you feel unwell during strenuous exercise. Please do not bring food which contains nuts as some players & coaches have severe nut allergies.

  • Players must abide by our code of conduct to promote a positive coaching environment

  • Players should arrive ready changed for the session (no changing facilities).

  • Players are to take full responsibility for their own valuables. We do not accept any responsibility for lost or damaged valuables.

  • If your training t-shirt does not fit correctly then we will transfer this for another, provided that the t-shirt hasn't already been worn for a session. Additional t-shirts can be purchased for £10.

  • Please note that we may take photos and videos during the training sessions which may be shared online including social media. Consent or non-consent for your child "to be included in photos and videos during training sessions, which may be used for promotion and/or advertising" is included in our online booking form. We will abide by your decision regarding photo and video consent.
