Cancellation (of whole booking)
Cancellations must be made within 14 days of your original booking to receive a refund. After 14 days you lose the right to cancel your whole booking. If you would like to cancel your booking, please contact us.
We will not offer a refund if a player is absent due to non-availability, illness or injury (as the session will continue to run for the remaining players). If you are unable to attend a session, please contact us ASAP.
We will only postpone a session due to weather in extreme circumstances e.g. thunder, lightning & snow. In this instance the session will be postponed and added onto the end of the 6 week block of sessions. In the event of a postponed session due to extreme weather, we will aim to contact you with at least 24 hours notice (although sometimes this may not be possible if the weather changes on the day).
Postponement due to COVID-19 (updated 20/12/20)
If the governments response to COVID-19 changes e.g. stricter lockdown, England Rugby reverse the Return to Rugby Roadmap or our coaching team are required to self-isolate, then this may result in the postponement of our Rugby Skills Academy. You will be notified of any postponed sessions and these will be rearranged on a future date that it is safe and appropriate to resume.
Positive test result of a player, parent or member of your household
If any member of your household tests positive for COVID-19 then we ask that you contact us immediately to alert the relevant people who may be directly affected. In this instance the coach and players may be asked to self-isolate for 14 days from the point of contact. If every player and coach is required to self-isolate then we will postpone our Rugby Skills Academy until everyone has completed their self-isolation period. However we will not postpone or refund individuals missing a session due to self-isolation, when the rest of the players are able to attend as normal.
