Cancellation (of whole booking)
Cancellations must be made within 14 days of your original booking to receive a refund. After 14 days you lose the right to cancel your whole booking. If you would like to cancel your booking, please contact us.
We will not offer a refund if a player is absent due to non-availability, illness or injury (as the session will continue to run for the remaining players). If you are unable to attend a session, please contact us ASAP.
We will only postpone a session due to weather in extreme circumstances e.g. thunder, lightning & snow. In this instance the session will be postponed and added onto the end of the 6 week block of sessions. In the event of a postponed session due to extreme weather, we will aim to contact you with at least 24 hours notice (although sometimes this may not be possible if the weather changes on the day).

Changes in government or RFU guidance
If the government changes its response to COVID-19 (tier 3 restrictions/national lockdown) or England Rugby reverses the Return to Rugby Road Map to Stage A or B then this may result in the temporary postponement of sessions for the safety and wellbeing of our players and coaches. Any postponed sessions will be rescheduled on the earliest possible date after the restrictions/lockdown and when a return to rugby is approved by the RFU (Stage C/D of the Return to Rugby Roadmap). Any postponements will be communicated with you clearly by email.
Player, parents and family members - symptoms or a positive test result for COVID-19
We will not offer a refund for any missed sessions due to symptoms of COVID-19 by a player, parent or family member.
Coaching team - symptoms or a positive test result for COVID-19
Any postponed sessions due to the coaching team self-isolating, will be added onto the end of the scheduled 6 week block.
